    hey,
    just to let y'all know that this payment will be made monthly from february 2009. It will be €92 per child on the second monday of the month.

    wonder why they changed it to monthly?

    If I were a gambler...I'd put my house on it being to save money on the kids who turn 5 1/2 at the start or middle of a quarter.
    With the old way you'd get the full amount for the quarter now they only have to give you the amount every month up to the month your child turns 5 1/2.
