Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hello,

    My laptop has gone mental.

It will not allow me to open MS Excel, word etc etc. If I try to open a file I get

C:\program files\microsoft office\office12\oart.dlll is either not designed to run on windows or it contains an error. Try installing the program again using the original installation media or contact your system administrator or the software vendor for support.

Then I get "windows cannot find "file name here". maybe you typed it incorrectly.

Windows update is trying and failing to install a security update. The error I get is windows update 64c which as per windows own website does not exist.

MSN messenger also will not open.

I have no restore points on my system.

I have uninstalled Office 2007 and tried to reinstall it. It simply will not let me install it at all.

It just says the application has stopped working and windows will notify if a solution is available. It does not.

    Help.
