So im turning over a new leaf when it comes to the food i eat in college, but like us all, i dont have a lot of time in the morning for cooking etc etc. My plan is to cook rice, mushrooms and peppers(a little bland, but the shopping was done in a rush lol) and bringing it in with me to college, where i can microwave it. So im turning over a new leaf when it comes to the food i eat in college, but like us all, i dont have a lot of time in the morning for cooking etc etc.

My plan is to cook rice, mushrooms and peppers(a little bland, but the shopping was done in a rush lol) and bringing it in with me to college, where i can microwave it.

So can i make 5 days worth and freeze it, or is rice/muschrooms/peppers one of those things you cant freeze. To be honest, im not fussed about the pepper as that will take two seconds to chop is all.

Im wondering more about the mushrooms and especially the rice as it is brown rice and takes a while to cook
