Best place for a quick spot weld job?

One of our favourite lamps got knocked over recently and although everything is ok, the lampshade has come apart were the ring meets the upright supports (If you know what I mean). The two supports just need a spot weld on each to attach them back to the ring that goes onto the lamp. Any ideas were I could get a quick job…
