I had an hour to kill on New Years day, I 'happened' upon Mallow Castle, and immediatley took out the cam. It was a dull day & I had no tripod, so.....I set ISO to 200 and tried a few shots:

Right. I've had enough editing posts where users aren't following the basic rule that images should only be a maximum of 800px on the longest side.

For new users - The first post in the random thread states; "* All images must be 800 pixels or less on the longest side". It is important for new users when joining a long thread to read the initial posts to get the gist of the thread before jumping straight in.

For longer term members here - This shouldn't be new to you at this stage so I can't think of any excuse other than you want to find out what its like to be infracted or banned from the forum. Please get with it.

If you want to post something larger like a panaroma or vista of some note - provide a link as well as the 800px longest side version. There are instructions over here.

Most users are great at it and this doesn't take a pot shot at those that are compliant.

Look, there's been a barrage of them in the last couple of days and I'd much rather be doing productive things with my time around here than correcting peoples posts when its a very basic direction.

Whats the story with throwing shoes and the middle east region? they throw shoes at Bush and at pictures of him getting a shoe lobbed at him, they used to burn an aul effigy of him in the old days..
