That's the one. On Park Gate st. Handy for Ryan's and the park too. Good guy Martin. He's not the best subjecy himself but you can get very willing customers and Martin doesn't mind. Not a great subject but the patience of Jobe.

Stopped at Cashel on the way back down from Dublin the other night. 10 years passing the place & I never stopped to take a photo. This is by-passed now! Shame really, it was a nice approach to the town.

Hello folks, I am not into photography as a hobby myself but I really do appreciate good snaps... so this will prob be my only post although I'm always lurking here! Loved that kingfisher and the pyramids a few weeks ago!
I would like to share with you experts a picture just to demonstrate what a modern mobile phone camera can do (with a bit of luck). The camera is a Sony Ericsson 2 mega pixel.
I was having a walk around the garden the other day when I found a very decrepid looking apple hanging off a tree, I reckoned it must be the only apple tree in Ireland with an apple on it at the end of January, so I had to take a photo for my mother who is the gardener of the house but is away travelling the States with my dad for the winter.
I don't think the photo will be hanging in any museum but I do like it and so does everyone else I've shown it to.
