Anybody know what song this line comes from??

    Hi all,

    I remember hearing a song on the radio years ago and this line always stuck in my mind:

    "Now I'll always be lonely...for the rest of my life...and if I saw you with someone else...you know it would cut through my heart like a knife"

    I might be slightly out there as I only heard the song once! I have never heard it since and have tried to find it on a few occasions.

    For some reason I keep thinking the singer had a Paul Brady 'ish sounding voice but I could be totally out there aswell.

    I would be grateful if anybody could help me out there!
