    Hi all,

    I'm new to this forum and just recently stopped eating meat (3 months now) and I was wondering if anybody here could help me out with what exactly I should be eating to make sure I stay as healthy as possible.. I found lots of information on the foods I should be eating but can't find much on quantities etc. and it's so difficult taking the time to work everything out.. If you could also bare in mind that I'm trying to lose a little weight so as healthy as possible please. :D

    Any help with this could be great appreciated.
