Trip to Donegal

Hey guys, We are travelling up to Donegal (from Limerick) next week for a few days, not sure where to stay as regards being central to a lot of sights. Would like to be near the sea though! Any suggestions on good places to stay/nice things to see/do in those areas? Thanks! :D
