    from galway and have no idea of what there is to do for new years eve!!! anything at all would be considered!

    New Year's Eve in the Róisín Dubh:

    Disconnect 4 (local electronica act)
    Fight Like Apes (Dublin-based electronica/rock band)
    The Ghostwood Project (heavy/ambient rock á la My Bloody Valentine)
    Le Galaxie (electronica act similar to Justice/Daft Punk)

    All for €15!!!

    I'd usually suggest staying away from town and finding a good party on New Years, but this is just too good! I've already got my ticket just yesterday!
