Has anyone seen toasted pumpkin seed oil anywhere in Dublin?

    Thanks!

Never heard of it. What would you use it for?

I would use it to liven up cauliflower and broccoli you could also mix it with scrambled eggs , or vanilla ice cream, or a few drops on fish dishes or make a vinaigrette.

I know it's not the same, but you could also toast some pumpkin seeds, add them to some gently heated flavourless oil, blitz it, and bottle it.

Thanks for the suggestion but I would prefer to use the ready made oil.

Looks like you'll have to get it mail order then. It's a pretty unusual ingredient after all (at least to me).
