Trailing slash in URL

I have an external link to our site which has a trailing slash. This gets a 404 error. link is like www.domain.com/page.html/ Is there anything I can do to remove the trailing slash automatically without contacting 3rd party to do it? Using IIS 6. Thanks

Im sure you could setup a redirect so www.mydomain.com/page.html/ goes to www.mydomain.com/page.html
