I am looking for some venue to celebrate New Year Eve in Cork. I rang to few restaurants, they are working till 10pm only.

I would love to find kind of place where we can have dinner and dancing.
So night clubs not an escape, may be some hotels could offer that? Or pubs?

For me this is 1st NY eve in Cork and I am looking for ideas.

Hi, Hillbillies fine chicken restraunt should be open late on NYE. It's on Grand Parade so you will be treated with a fine river view and easy access to all amenities. They don't have toilets, but there is a park right next door.

Ugh town is always very messy on new years i always prefer going out stephens night in town, just as busy but much better buzz and not half the amount of scumbags prowling around looking for fights. Never really understood why though.

    :pac:

I was at the freakscene masquerade ball a couple of years ago, the unhealthy mix of over-excited 18 year olds and the creepy/pathetic "regulars" ensured I haven't been back since.

Should be plenty of dancing around the fountain too. This plan ticks all the boxes for you. Job done.

Try the cornstore, but at a guess it has probably been booked out for 3 months now.

Yeah. No chance I'm going into town. But all the parties I've heard about will be just as far from my house.

Sounds lyk you are looking for a quiet NYE which you are not goin to find in cork city unless you visit a retirement home! The savoy are hosting Scot Project on NYE. Tickets are about 20 squid and he should put on a bangin set if your into his type of music
