Uploading pics

Hi, can anyone help me with this? I have added two albums on my home page here [is that what you call it?] anyway I have only managed to upload 5 pics in one and just 1 pic in the other. Each time I tried it I get a message saying a "security token was missing" Anybody any idea what this means?
