Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    You're kidding me!!
Juts bought the 750gb one from there yesterday for 129 as I needed external storage with auto off very quickly and the 1tb was 179 (50quid more than Komplett)

    The barstewards!!!@%!!

(PS, lovely drives though and auto off with the pc too)

PS Ah, it's the Elements one you're talking about - I bought the Mybook one cos I needed the auto on/off function...so not same drive I'm waffling about.
    Good value though.

Do you by any chance know the exact model?

I'm getting close to needing another one of their 1tb, or bigger, network drives now. Although I think that I can chain extra USB drives off my existing network one I've yet to actually try that out.

Got this in PC World last week, was advertised 139.99 but got it for 119.99.
It is a quiet and cool external hard drive, recommended.

Which NAS yokeymabob do you have? Have been looking to get one myself. That one sounds ideal - being able to chain extra usb drives to it.
