Upcoming Pogues Gig Anygood live?

Hey Have a load of the pogues albums and am keen to go to see them live - play RDS b4 xmas have heard some conflicting reports about whether they're any good live or not any one been to their gigs? will i be disappointed comparing listening to shane mcgowan on the albums versus live?

Pogues are magic live. I have seen them 3 times and they are excellent, go see them play before christmas in UK

Usually full of life and energy, but don't expect to understand a word Shane sings. But that's part of the charm. I have seen a few iffy Pogues gigs, but on a whole, great entertainment.
