Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I've got 54 of the blighters a number could be disabled permenantly if I only knew how, would be make things run any faster?

Some of these may have started up as services. Run windows services manager from Start > Run > type "services.msc" and you will see all services on your machinie. Google "essential windows services" and you should be able to identify what ones you can disable/set to manual.

There are loads that can be changed to manual startup without causing any problems
