Not sure how long it usually takes, but you do realise that Zavvi are no longer taking online orders - https://www.zavvi.co.uk/
There is a message on their site and they have cancelled orders that were already placed.

yes i heard but the order was already despached on the 18th of November so i'm just wondering the lenght of time it would normally take to deliver items
