Cutting/sectioning up your turkey for quicker cooking

Does anybody section up their turkey for quicker cooking and stopping it drying out? I can cook a 2.2kg chicken in 40mins if I cut it up. Also means it stays nice and succulent. And more ecofriendly and cheaper on electricity.
