Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Are these unavailable to us here at the moment or am I the only one that doesn't have the option in the Marketplace? :confused:

    There unavailable. I think it's because of the way they are rated. In the US it just goes through peer review but I think it might need to go through a few more hoops in europe. I could be wrong though.

    Hmmm, then why does the UK get them now then?

    I thought it might be a phased rollout type of thing, which we always get the short end of the stick on. :rolleyes:
