    It's a handy book to have for veggies and vegans, full of info and lists of vegan confirmed produce available in the UK. The 8th Edn has just recently been released.
    Covering vegan products ranging from food, cosmetics, drink to home and gardening and everything in between, this really is an essential guide for the vegan shopper.

    It also contains comprehensive supermarket own brand listings, E numbers to watch out for, veggie/vegan group contact details, company contact details.....in fact it's just full of useful vegan information!
