I have a 1 bed apt in swords which i will be renting out in feb`09 . The current tenant which i found myself, has been with me for the past 5 yrs was a model tenant but has out grown a 1 bed is now moving on and I don`t really want to go through the whole process of finding a tenant myself . Can anyone recommend a letting…
