Indian takeaways

I love going to my local Indian for a nice hot Chicken Vindaloo with rice, naan and mint sauce :) But what are the health implications of eating food such as this from a typical Indian takeaway on a regular basis. I don't care if there are lots of calories in it as I'm into weight lifting and am always trying to increase my bodyweight. What does concern me though is if the food is laden with salt, saturated fat, trans fat or any other nasties. I am also aware that the chicken used is probably reconstituted but amd not sure how bad that makes it compared to real chicken.
