    Ode To The Motorist

“And my existence, while grotesque and incomprehensible to you, generates funds to the exchequer. You don't want to acknowledge that as truth because, deep down in places you don't talk about at the Green Party, you want me on that road, you need me on that road. We use words like freedom, enjoyment, sport and community. We use these words as the backbone of a life spent instilling those values in our families and loved ones. You use them as a punch line. I have neither the time nor the inclination to explain myself to a man who rises and sleeps under the tax revenue and the very freedom to spend it that I provide, and then questions the manner in which I provide it. I would rather you just said "thank you" and went on your way. Otherwise I suggest you pick up a bus pass and get the ********* ********* off the road”

So there are no visible original parts and we are unsure whether or not it is or was a convertible to begin with.

    Its a bastard!

My original guess was a BMW Mini. Then with the interior I thought maybe E36 BMW. But with the handbrake where it is maybe some form of Rover, 216 Cabriolet? Very modified

  • Registered Users Posts: 4,337 ✭✭✭blackbox

maybe a Coupe Fiat - no - nobody would do that to it...

The lights reminded me of a Micra, but what about a Rover 400 - asking to be changed.

  • Registered Users Posts: 1,552 ✭✭✭dylbert

I still think it stinks of BMW and looking at where the petrol cap is, E36 compact?

I would say it's the same car just with the interior colour changed at a different stage.

I kind of thought it may have been a crap camera in the other pic.

Hopefully we will find out all soon :D
