FIFA 09 ONLINE PROBLEM!!!!

Have a PS3, when im in the online lobbies and someone invites me to a game and i accept. It brings me to the team selection screen. Then neither of us can change team!!>? This used to be the case and would happen every second time. Now it happens all the time!!? I think it could be a connection difficulty. Any ideas??

maybe its your nat type.

It might be because people are downloading the Adidas live update at the start of the week. It looks like neither player can select a team, but it's because the second player hasn't entered the team selection screen.
