Hi All Am having people in for dinner on sat. Gonna do roast lamb provencal..I'm looking fo suggestions for a starter...was considering a lightish soup but am now heading towards roast quail, 1 per person... Any suggestions?? Thanks

Quail is good and the one is fine as a starter.

I defer here to the honourable Hill Billy who directed me towards the frozen Quails in Lidl. Very good and require basic seasoning for around 30mins (check out his post in What I had for DInner...)
