iphone 3g - where to get battery

i read that the iphone 3g battery will hole at least 80% of its origional power for circa 300 charge cycles..after that its best to replace... so given that, i should get about a year out of my battery b4 it goes bad.. so does any1 know where you can get a diy kit and battery to replace it yourself? I ask because i cant…
