    Off sick at mo, and been warned off training for the week - I think the doc was a bit perturbed that I was more worried about my squats than being ill!:pac: Basic jist of the lecture was that I can try to train now, feck up my already fecked up immune system, and take longer to get better, or wait a week. So I think I'll wait! Not in any form for the gym at mo anyhows, bed for mise.

    A weeks hardly going to feck up Smolov on me..?! I hope. And CP is weekly so not overly concerned about it..

    Ah no worries. Yeah, I posted there last week. I've chronic sinusitus with acute bouts - the acute ones mean time off work and gym, which is annoying as fcuk. On uber long waiting list to see a consultant, but til then it's shut up and put up I'm afraid! Be grand once antibiotics kick in, so should be good for CP on Sunday, better be!

    Everyones fancy conditioning stuff is making me wanna play!! :p Heading out to IP next week - I'm going to stick with Smolov and CP, but also do the conditioning sessions...so we'll see how that goes!

    Was training with dotcomdolly in RAW today, good session, but found it tough enough - still not 100%. Kudos to Miss Dolly though, she was squatting like a pro by the end of it:) Oh and thanks to COH for letting me pimp out his services!

    I feel your pain on the sinus front, nightmare. Went to see a sinus specialist myself last year, no waiting list as I have the aul medical insurance.

    When it came down to it there was feck all really wrong, told me to use sinurinse 3 times a day, problem pretty much solved. Might be worth a go until you get your appointment.

    You can get it in any chemist over the counter, there is nothing in it that can do you any harm at all.

    Still not back 100%, which is annoying. Been looking at Smolov and I'm meant to be squatting 60kg 7x5 next week, but I don't think that's gonna happen. I was pure grinding out the last few reps of the 7x5 at 52.5kg this week and the depth was sh!te. I'm only on the 3rd session of it, with a week off in between which prob didn't help, so I think I'm going to drop it and just stick with Coan Philippi.

    CP is going really well(thanks to regular abuse from COH), and I'm halfway through now, so I'm definitely sticking with it (you listening Henners?! :P) Also, since the deadlifting is only 1 day a week it shouldn't interfere with the IP stuff too much either. Have a month left in raw, so I'll just finish CP off on my Sats out there and head out to IP the other 3 days.

    I ended up with tonsiltis too, so haven't been training the past 2weeks. But I was feeling a bit better today so got back to it and joined IP. Going to follow the program there and see how it goes. I figured I'd ease myself back into things this eve...until I met the prowler:o

    IP Mobility Stuff...

    Prowler 40kg 10mins: 18 and a half pushes. (turns out you count up and down as 1...haha) I don't know if the last one was inside the 10mins, if it was then it's 19. Totally got my ass kicked by it. Shameful.

    Inv Rows? x 5 (like inv rows, different grip, but can't remember the name)
    Wall Balls x 5
    17 rounds in 15mins
    ..this was pretty handy in fairness.

    Running forwards and backwards and up and down for 10 minutes.....:p

    11 (ish!) rounds in 15mins
    ...failed on the last 3 reps of the bench. DB benching is way fecking harder than barbell!

    Was good to get back in the gym, I've a feeling the TBDL is gonna be my new favourite toy:D.
