I was trying on dresses today and I somehow managed to rip half the sleeve of my top right off!!! Like it's actually gone missing, I didn't notice til I was changing later that it was gone!

The incredible hulk has nothing on me...:pac:

On the plus side, I got a uber gorgeous guna:D

Its not really that heavy for you then?

My back would eat me if I put in 10 triples, I reckon.

Na it was surprisingly ok. I think 5x5 would be harder for me - does that make any logical sense?!

    Con. Block 10mins
    70kg prowler push
    24kg kb's walk
    11 rounds in 9:20mins
    - this was f*cking brutal, legs were in bits, I nearly gave up after the first 3.

    Work block 15mins
    10 prisoner squats
    10 pushups
    10 grey band pullups
    11 rounds in 14.50 mins
    -felt way harder than usual.

    Con. Block 10 mins
    70kg prowler push
    24kg kb's walk
    9 rounds in 9.05mins
    - 2 rounds less. Prob could have just about fitted in one more, but I've a habit of giving up once I see it's near 10mins! And my legs were completely banjaxed...

    Work block 15mins

    5 DB snatch e/s 12.5kg
    caterpillar crawl
    5 DB press 7.5kg
    7 rounds in 14.20 mins
    - this was tough.

    Foam Rolling

Not really that happy, I pure busted my ass through it, but my body just wasn't co-operating!

Only fitted in 3 days last week, and it'll be the same this week - have a few things getting in the way in the evenings. Plan was to do S1 today, but that was when I thought I'd get in more sessions, so I'll have to talk to Will about how to structure the week now to get the most out of it. I've a few 4 day weeks in the run up to Xmas though, so I'll be back up to 5 sessions then.

We'll kick the hell out of a conditioning session together today.

We'll do a 'strength conditioning' session.

    Warm up

10 min body weight prowler block

15 min Dead & Bench block for triples

10 min body weight prowler block

15 min Squat & Pull Up block for triples

It'll be a bit conditionie and a bit strengthie. You gotta be happy with that.

    IP Warm up X 3

10 min bodyweight (70kg) prowler block
    15 rounds
    - Will fecking raced through these, I was dying!

    15 min Block
    Deadlift 70kgx3
    Bench 35kgx3
    17 Rounds

10 min body weight prowler block

    14 rounds

The next block was pre-empted by the following..:
    Will: 70kg for triples then?
G: eh, you taking the piss like?!
    Will: No, why?
    G: My 1rm is only 70kg....
    Will: HAHAHAHAHAAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!
....I just love training in such an eh 'supportive' atmosphere!:o

    15 min Block

    Squat 45kgx3
Blue band Pull Ups x 3 (Dropped down to green band on the 3rd and 4th round, but then copped the **** on and went back to blue :D)
    11 rounds
-legs were pure jelly for the squats. Got that cramp in the arch of my foot again too, so that slowed me down a bit. Had it looked at later.

    5 mins of foam rolling

10 mins of shouting abuse at the new guy pushing the prowler:p

10 mins of stretching with a band..some hamstring stuff or summat...

10 mins of Will making disturbing cracking noises come from my back, to fix my foot.

You did well...fantastic work abusing that new dude on his prowler block...I'm glad that like with everyone else I managed to drag you to my level as fast as possible.

Surprisingly not really sore today. I was just thinking there, it's been a good while since I've had really bad DOMS, not sure if that's a good thing or a bad thing?!:pac:

Can only train this eve and Sat this week so not sure what the plan is for tonights session, haven't done S2 in a while so maybe that..

    Although...hangcleans=:(

    IP Warm Up
    3 rounds of:
    Side lunges x 10
    Scap pull ups x 10
    High kicks x 10
Horizontal band pull aparts x 10
    Glute bridges x 10
    Windmill push ups x 10
    Knee Lift x 10

    Hang Clean and Press

    20kgx5
    25kgx5x5
    - getting a bit better at these. I don't think I'll ever like Olympic lifts though, I just don't have the patience for it.

    Glute Ham Raises 4x8reps
    - WAY harder than ever before, I focused on leaning forward alot more - now that I'm not terrified of falling!

    Med Ball Side Throws
    3x10reps

    Pull ups
    Green Bandx5
    Red Band 4x3reps
No band, from the step, 5x1rep
-I was all disappointed when I found out it doesn't count as a proper pull up if you start from the step instead of in a dead hang :(
I'm improving though, was using the grey band 4 weeks ago like, so I'll get there!:D

    Push Ups

    3x12reps

    O/H plate ext
    10kgx3x12reps
-this was grand, I was holding the plate wrong before.

Also discovered that Mooo's as competitive as I am about deadlifting - this could get interesting:D

Oh, and I'm doing the CF Total in Dec. If I got a 115kg DL I'd be very very happy. If I remember how to squat 70kg I'll be even more happy. And if I even get a stick over my head that'll do fine - provided I nail the other two:pac:

If Santa could give me strength for Xmas I'd want a 120kg DL; I think that's still a bit of a pipe dream.... but we'll see on the day:D

Considering trying the sub 100g carbs again for 2 weeks now before Christmas... The last time I did it I thought I didn't see any results at the time, but I did lose 4kg when I started eating normally again a week later - so in hindsight it was probably related. I know my diets pretty clean now though, so I don't know if it's worth the hassle when I might make progress the way I'm going at the mo anyway.

Hmmm, I've just been reading Henners log... if he gets a fancy schmancy programme for CFT I want one toooooooo!!!!!:P

    1. The last point is the most important one.
    2. I always get major whoosh factors when dieting...nothing happens for ages then big drops in scale weight.

You need to tell ME that you are competing first of all.
