    Or fun.

I'm not sure a forum is for you, can I suggest that maybe you start a blog? It might be more suited to your needs

    That's just terrible.

Unless your man is just after taking the buggy out of the boot of the car and stuff and the footpath is actually really wide.

Had great fun watching the lad in the van trying to manouvre his way out.

That lad deserved everything he got. It is actually a P.I.T.A parking there if it is the place I am thinking of (Kilnamanagh, beside a Hyundai garage?).
Took some neck for whoever blocked him in though.... very brave.

I don't think that lady (passing by) was pushing her child out onto a busy road for the hell of it.

Same car as above, same location, different day:

Yeh thats the place alright can be a pain for parking at times especially when people in vans park like that. Yeh true to i was half expecting your man who blocked him in to come out and a serious argument to break out.

I love to see this. And they have the cheek to complain about people blocking them in.

Off Stephens Green a week ago. he tried to reverse nice and slow, hit the bollard, drove forward, tried again slowly and hit the bollard again. tried again, hit the bollard, got out, looked and left it there with the nose sticking out while they checked other cars for dodgy parking.. A shining example to the citizens of Dublin.

This is Roscommon, the Topaz (?) and Supermacs at the Athlone Road roundabout. The 4x4 and other two cars just came in and dumped the cars there where there are no markings whatsoever. Loads of parking all round the petrol station too. Seems to be a regular occurance, question is WHY?

whats the problem there ,just because there are no markings, does this mean you cannot use the area ?

Its just daft imo. you can see a car coming into the station at the back of the pic and another one on the left trying to get out, the three cars block him, you have to drive around them. I just don't understand why you wouldn't use marked bays and make life that bit easier for everyone. It's just a bit retarded in my opinion.

How close to the door did they park and how close were the nearest free marked parking spots?
My money says that their makeshift spaces were closer

^^^^ I think I know the guy who owns that GTI and I'd imagine he parks like that as he got a nasty dent in the driver's door a few months back in the very same car park ...... once bitten etc ...

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 2,401 ✭✭✭lewis

I think they got confused and centred on the wrong lines, the car should have been in between the two big line, not the two small ones, lol

  • Registered Users Posts: 12,921 ✭✭✭✭hdowney

    that is perfectly parked (badly!)

After having ~€1,600 damage done to my car in a car park by one careless prick, I honestly do sympathise.
