What an idiot... if ye want a big space just go behind debenhams on the gravel. It was packed down there today too!

this was actually last Tuesday. You'd see a lot of suspect parking in Manor at the best of times never mind at christmas!

I hate parking in that place. The spaces are very narrow.

Granted the spaces are tight but I find that roundy thing sticking out of the dash on the drivers side helps a lot.:D:p

    I jest.
Its made worse when people don't follow the arrows so if your reversing out of a space you have to expect cars from everywhere! Parking is the section where the road goes through is craziness.

It's free though so can't complain too much.

Mr UPC pulls into Ivans (Limerick) carpark and duly parks in the disabled spot.

Look what happens when this guy pulls away fron his spot/s (Crescent SC, Limerick)

a few minutes after he leaves the places are taken again but this time two vehicles can park there.

Crossed traffic at the intersection and pulled up outside the shop (out of view), about 50 feet back behind me there was a whole marked out parking area empty.

Aldi in Clonee, yet another one of those special people who think they are too important to park properly in a space and walk ~20 metres like the rest of us great unwashed.

White van pull is parked in a disabled bay chatting away on his phone with no blue sticker in sight. He was there when I went to ALDI and when I came back, which was a good 10 minutes. He was still there when I headed back into the office.

You realise there is a "Hows my driving" sticker on the back of all their vans?

Anyway, this is the junction of D'Olier Street, Hawkins Street, Townsend Street, Pearse Street, College Street and Fleet Street. Possibly somewhere not to park on the footpath, at a pedestrian crossing / traffic light complex, on a corner. As he was reversing he almost ran someone over. He then decided to park across the road, but though better of obstructing the Garda station gate.

Its just possible he works in the Garda station, so I've not included the registration plate

The Astra is in a disabled spot, and the transit is double parked......Gotta love Parnell Street in Limerick.

Edit: That's the Astra driver running across the road to drop into the credit union.

From the man who invented bad parking. He was visiting Portlaoise Hospital which has a huge car park that's only 2 euro but instead he drove 100m on the footpath and left the car on the grass/footpath just short of the double yellow lines but in front of a bus stop.

I would have thought that's more of a reason to include the plate.

In fairness, that hospital carpark is only €2 for the first half hour, but his parking is abysmal. The Killeshin Hotel is visible in the last picture, two floors of underground parking free of charge only 2 minutes walk away!!
