Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

RTEs website streaming

    I've never been able to listen to anything on the RTE website TV or radio, at work or at home, in any browser, it just turns into a garbled mess. Is this just me?

    No it plays ok for about 5-10 seconds, stops, then it's just garbled like it's fast forwarding.

    I have a 3mb connection and I can stream divx fine but nothing on RTEs website has ever worked for me.

    Hmm, besides checking your installation, and maybe reinstalling Real Player or Real Alternative, its something I've not come across. :(

    I've reinstalled real player a couple of times. What are the realplayer alternatives?

    I'm on a wireless connection (the broadband connection comes in downstairs I'm on the limit of the wireless router) that gives problems every so often but overall I've no problems streaming divx or wmp files.
