Best HDMI Monitor ~250e?

What would be considered the best monitor in or around 250 euro? Needs to be under 22", have full 1080p/i HD capability as well as phono ins and/or s-video in. Built in speakers aren't massively important but would be a nice bonus - I basically want a good second monitor that will double up as a future proof portable TV…

I got the 22 inch version of that in PC World for 300. It could be worth stretching for. I cant recommend it enough. Its a fantastic monitor.

This Dell, The price will not be beaten. No point in going for a monitor with a resolution less than 1920x1080 (full HD), this rules out all other 20,21,22 inch contenders. Do not miss this deal, unbelievable price.

Theres no difference between hdmi and dvi from what i can see.
Could be wrong though.
