User Mukki who is appparently banned at his own request has posted in Prison that he still has access to Lolocaust. Link. I've banned him at his request. The $64 question is do private forum access masks override the site ban access mask?

The $64 is yes, and it seems rather silly, but it's down to how access masks work in vB.
