Estates in Kinnegad

Could anyone tell me what Manorfield and Heathfield are like in Kinnegad? There appears to be some lovely houses for rent there but I'm wondering what the area itself is like?

Used to live in Heathfield and nice estate. Issue I would have with Manorfield is that the entrance to the GAA pitch is through the estate. Would pick Heathfield if I was looking to rent a house in Kinnegad.
