Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Howdy,

I bought an used arcade version xbox last Feb in Gamestop in Finglas. I think I remember being told that there was a years guarantee if I kept the receipt.

Anyhoo.... when loading up Fifa 09 or Smackdown Vs Raw 2009, it often gets to the loading screen then BAM.......nothing. Cant even bring up the Xbox menu with the middle button.

Is this a sign that my beloved Xbox is dying? should I take it back to Gamestop?? Is a years guarantee on a used Xbox the norm?

do other games still work ok or is the same thing happening? Could be a number of things if it's all games, your dvd reader could be on it's way out being the most obvious.
