Letting a property in Cyprus, advice please

Hi , i'm looking to let a property in Paphos , Cyprus. I had it with MRI for the year and they didnt get ONE single letting [surprise surprise]. So i'm going to leave it with someone else this year , any advise , suggestions or links much appreciated. Regards Ray
