Homebond wont cover

Hi all Starting my build next week so i was looking at getting the homebond insurance but my builder is from the north and they have told me that he needs to be registered down here with them. Now he isnt because this is the first house he has done down south. Have i any other options??

try Premier Guarantee through coyle Hamilton Insurance

Its actually a better product in that it covers you for more than homebond. The system is all but the same in terms of call outs.
