foam in the docks

those foam gun things were going mad earlier, wondering why? the ones beside where the massive tankers re-fuel. think they're controlled remotely? curiosity is killin me! :pac:

I'd imagine they were just testing them.

I don't know if its water or foam that they push out, but if it's foam from a central tank, i'd imagine it'd have an expiery date, so maybe they had to replenish it? ie. empty the old stuff, and fill with new.

There wasn't any accident down there anyhow, i'd have heard about it by now if there was (Well, posisbly not as i'm not in Galway atm)
