Annoying Problem on Eircoms Network

I own servers in germany and i cant operate with them recently due to this problem on eircoms network, as i have seen other users post about ridiculous ping times i decided to make this thread and post a few screens.

First this has been happening over the past 6 weeks or so to my knowledge, im based in kilkenny.

Heres proof the problem is on eircoms network below




This hop is the reason why many people are experiencing dreadful pings. After contacting eircom 4 times about this problem without one phonecall back, im lost as to what i can do.

Secondly the problem clearly lies on this server only(eircoms server as EVERY IP pinged in germany has the exact same results) and its routing every piece of traffic from my connection to germany.

Below you can see my pings to different areas, ( UK AND NL ) are perfectly fine.




Finally i posted a dos prompt traceroute of this problem. Iv got these servers im using on a 3 year deal and many programs / applications running off them. Below is the screen shot




Iv tryed contacting RIPE but it seems nothing can be done, would it be possible for other users to post trace routes to the following destinations?

www.kplay.de www.esport-servers.de and post up your screens, im sure others are having the exact same problem on that hop as im having. The server is located in dublin and it is CLEARLY over congested...

I`m in kilkenny also but i get bad pings everywhere , oh i wish i had 30ping to uk . On gaelictelecom but its all just eircom.

Nope , that there is an eircom issue and an imagine issue ...but they are separate issues .

Try it a few times sponge bob. My first tracert to kplay came up pretty normal. I did it a second and got the results I posted above.
