Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

GTA save file gone?

    Hi the last time i played gta i was 24% finished,

    when I went to play it today i was just 4% through it,

    I am definitely using the right profile, any ideas why this could have happened?

    any way of getting it back, or can u download saved files from someone else?

    Some people had trouble with game saves vanishing when they dowloaded the NXE update. Have you played GTA since the update?

    I had this problem (its non NXE related). Basically, the Xbox seems to have an inbuilt fault where the date & time reset themselves every so often. In the case of GTA4, because it bases your saves on the date you save them, it has most likely saved your current progress as being back in 2005 :). It should still be at the bottom of the list.

    Just go to your xbox settings, change date & time to the proper one, then go back and save your game again to bring it up to date.
