Changing a small car into a van

    has any one done this/
    i have a peugeot 106 3 door car which i want to turn into a small van
    all i know is i have to take out rear seats and belts
    what else do i have to do and how do i get it changed on the log book
    also the car has no nct and i dont think it ever went for one, does it need to be tested
