No Drogheda Winter Festival this year?

They had one last year down Murdocks car park beside the cop shop. Doesn't look like we'll be getting one this year at this stage though? Bit of a shame. I thought it was good - had an ice rink, market, food stalls etc. Put a good Christmas vibe about the place.

While it was good they didn't get enough people to make it profitable. Think it would have done better in a location such as down the quays at the back of Scotch Hall. A lot of people don't make it over the bridge.
