Decent in car blue tooth unit

I'm looking to get a blue tooth unit for the car. Cars a company car with the usual non standard head unit so don't want to have to replace that at my own expense so I'm looking for something that works well with a Blackberry for example and that doesn't need to be wired into the stereo system. Anyone any suggestions ?…
