Mercedes C280 wet footwell

A friend has a 94 Mercedes C280, over the past few days the drivers side footwell has become quite wet. The liquid is colourless & odourless, and the coolant level is fine. I had a quick look at the drain channels on either side of the front bulkhead and the two at the front of the sunroof, they all look fine. Any ideas?…

Also, the car needs a service, anyone know a good older MB specialist who could sort out the leak at the same time?
