anyone using a HTC S620? with meteor

got one of these and having problems with the wifi connectivity and also meteor tell me they dont have GPRS setttgings for it, I am pay as you go with them but can go over to bill pay should it be necessary. I have talked with HTC help and they advised to reboot (mightnt be correct word!) and start again...........
