Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

friends and family who now live over in England and wales swear by powerflushing as a cheap way to improve your heating system so that it works properly. Does not seem like an easy thing to find here in Dublin on google but i might give it a go.

Has anyone had it done, was it any good and how much does it cost?

I just convinced my landlord today to go for a power flushing on the heating system and a service on the gas boiler as I feel that my bills are way too high. I know a couple of lads doing the power flushing, I can post names/numbers if allowed by boards.ie. It works well but you got to be well careful that the guy doing it knows what he's doing and is insured as it can lead to leaks, especially in older installations. Not getting the flushing done till after xmas, can post about results if you like.
