Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

If you bought it from GAME/Gamestop within the last year, then you've a store warranty with them. They should swap out the broken console for a new one.

If you've bought it within the last two years (3 years if it red rings), you can return it to Microsoft for free, no need for a credit card or anything, to be fixed.

Other than that, there's a few places around that'll fix your console for a fee. I don't know any off hand, but if you want to go down that route, I'm sure somebody will post details.
