Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi guys,

Need a bit of help. Used to be addicted to gaming but bought an xbox a couple of years ago and realised I no longer had the time or inclination to play. Gave the box to my nephew but have since realised thru bank statements that my xbox live subscription was automatically taken out again last January and am afriad the same will happen again next month. How and where do I close my account? Any help appreciated.

sign into xbox live and click the my account link. I can't see a way to cancel an account, but you could remove your credit card which would stop it renewing.

the phone number for XBL support in IE is 1 800 509 186

    hth.

You have to ring Microsoft to get this sorted (thieving bastards).

Actually, now that you mention it, my visa has expired since then so I presume they will be unable to renew it!! Thanks for your help.

I doubt it if they issue new a new visa, could automatically roll over.
