Am trying to convert my old VHS tapes to DVD and/or other formats on my PC - having down some searching on the net i have come across two different type of products that would do the trick but am at a loss as to which would be better - both appear to come with software to allow you to record the videos onto the computers hard drive and then you can burn them as DVD's etc

the first one in the ION USB VHS Convertor - found on www.firebox.com
    http://www.firebox.com/product/2108/USB-VHS-Converter

and the second is the EZ Grabber - found on a few different sites for various prices ranging from €48 to over €65

    http://www.tvstickshop.com/products/productinfo.asp?catid=2&prodid=22&gclid=CK2NzKOGyJcCFQx3MAoddGxwSA

Has anyone got one of these products - or would know which is the better one in their opinion - apologies if i put this in the worng forum

Perhaps this should be transferred into the HE Video Players & Recorders Section

    Thanks
